About

A practice built around calm, attentive care.

Bundle of Care was created for the people who are often quietly holding everything together—caregivers, neurodivergent adults, and families moving through complex seasons of support.

Why Bundle of Care exists

Again and again, we met people who were exhausted—not because they didn't care enough, but because they cared so much and had so little structured support. They were navigating appointments, school meetings, services, and family dynamics on top of everyday life.

Bundle of Care was created to offer a different kind of help: practical, relational, and grounded in the belief that you deserve to feel supported, not scrutinized, in the way you carry care.

Our commitment

We are committed to being trustworthy stewards of your time, energy, and stories. That means clear boundaries, transparent communication, and plans that are always co-created with you.

We do not provide clinical, medical, or crisis services. When those are needed, we do our best to help you connect with qualified providers and community resources.

Values in practice

Dignity in every interaction

We assume that you are doing the best you can with what you have. Our role is to stand beside you, not above you.

Clarity over complexity

We translate overwhelming information into grounded, accessible language and simple next steps.

Sustainable pace

We resist urgency that is not truly urgent, and we design plans that can flex with changing seasons and capacities.

A small team, intentionally.

Our team is intentionally small so that each person we work with has familiar faces and consistent follow-through. The names below are representative; we respect privacy and may use different names in public materials.

Trust and professionalism

We take confidentiality seriously and share information only with your explicit consent, except where required by law. We maintain clear documentation, respect boundaries with other providers, and are transparent about what we can and cannot do within our role.

If you have questions about how we work or what to expect, we are always glad to talk before you make any commitments.
